�� About the Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for both Quantity Surveyors and Senior Quantity Surveyors to join a leading specialist contractor delivering some of the UK's most complex demolition, enabling works and civil engineering projects.
Working with major developers, principal contractors and public sector clients, you'll become part of an established commercial team responsible for delivering high-profile projects across the UK.

�� The Role

Reporting into the Commercial Manager, you'll take commercial responsibility for projects from procurement through to final account, ensuring commercial performance is maximised while building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and project teams.

�� Key Responsibilities

• Commercial management of demolition, enabling works and civil engineering projects.
• Procuring and managing subcontractor packages.
• Preparing valuations and applications for payment.
• Producing CVRs, cost reports and commercial forecasts.
• Managing variations and change control.
• Negotiating and agreeing final accounts.
• Supporting the successful commercial delivery of multiple live projects.

�� About You

• Previous Quantity Surveying experience within Demolition, Enabling Works, RC Frame, Groundworks or Civil Engineering.
• Good understanding of NEC and/or JCT contracts.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build effective relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal project teams.
• Degree qualified or equivalent industry experience.
