Role Description:
Overseeing contracts, managing budgets.
Tendering & Estimating for new opportunities.
Manage and procure the supply chain effectively.
Conduct monthly valuations and manage applications for payment.
Monitor project cash flow and prepare monthly cost and value reports.
Requirements:
Degree in Quantity Surveying.
Groundworks & Civil Engineering knowledge
