Audemars Piguet, is an independent, family-owned luxury watch manufacturer that has been crafting timepieces in Le Brassus, Switzerland since 1875! As the Maison prepares to open their very first official flagship boutique in Australia, we are seeking a high-caliber Senior Luxury Client Advisor to take a leading role in the boutique's commercial success and client development.

This opportunity will position you as a founding leader on the floor, managing complex High-Net-Worth (HNW) client portfolios while coaching and developing junior team members.

The Opportunity & Lead Time
Successful candidates will commence early 2027 for an intensive, world-class training program covering Swiss heritage, luxury Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and haute horlogerie mastery ahead of the official boutique opening later in the year.

• Training Schedule: Standard Monday – Friday business hours.
• Boutique Schedule: Rotating roster aligned with boutique trading hours.

Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking an experienced luxury professional from high-end retail, luxury hospitality, premium aviation, or concierge services who brings:

• Senior HNW Engagement: A proven track record of managing complex client relationships and engaging Very Important Clients (VICs).
• Leadership & Coaching Capability: Passion for sharing knowledge, mentoring Client Advisors, and modeling best practices.
• Commercial & CRM Discipline: Advanced selling techniques, strong business acumen, and meticulous CRM portfolio management.
• Impeccable Presentation: Exceptional emotional intelligence, poise, discretion, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Elevate HNW Client Journeys: Deliver bespoke hospitality and navigate complex product and client interactions across sales and after-sales care.
• Portfolio & Business Development: Actively manage and grow a portfolio of top-tier HNW clients, driving long-term client retention.
• Team Coaching & Mentorship: Provide guidance and on-the-job coaching to Client Advisors on selling techniques, product mastery, and CRM discipline.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Represent AP at exclusive client activations, private events, and high-level networking opportunities.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee merchandising standards, assist with daily inventory audits, and support boutique compliance
