The Role
 
We are seeking a proactive, energetic, and relationship-driven Sales Account Executive to manage and expand a portfolio of dealer accounts on behalf of the State Manager.
 
In this role, you will drive sales growth, unlock new business opportunities, and expand channel presence across both residential and commercial market segments. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, you will balance client-facing relationship management with strategic account planning to deliver strong commercial outcomes.
 
What You'll Do  

• Sales Growth & Account Management: Develop and manage assigned dealer accounts to grow revenue and market share; prepare and execute structured call plans to build long-term partner relationships.
• New Business & Channel Expansion: Identify, target, and secure new dealer accounts and channel opportunities across residential and commercial sectors.
• Commercial Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and promotional activities within approved business guidelines.
• Dealer Enablement & Support: Serve as the main contact for dealer inquiries, resolve commercial concerns, and support dealers with product knowledge, training, and promotional assets.
• Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate pipeline, sales activity, and forecast data within our CRM/ERP system, tracking account performance against targets.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal Technical Sales Support, Finance, and Quality teams to ensure smooth order processing, credit alignment, and delivery.

What You'll Bring (Requirements)

• 3+ Years Sales Experience: Proven track record in account management, sales growth, and territory development—ideally within a technical, distribution, or manufacturing environment.
• Commercial Acumen: Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills using deductive reasoning and analytical thinking.
• Systems Literacy: Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM/ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics experience is a strong advantage).
• Self-Motivated & Organized: Highly organized with exceptional planning skills to manage competing priorities and deadlines independently.
• HVAC Knowledge (Preferred): Prior exposure to or a good understanding of the HVAC industry is desirable, but not essential.
