This is a hands on, visible People & Culture role at the heart of the business, not a corporate support function. You'll work directly with the leadership team and be the go to person for people matters across a multi site operation.
The Role
Reporting to the CEO, the People & Culture Manager leads the end to end delivery of the people lifecycle across the business. You'll manage a small team and partner closely with senior leaders to deliver practical, commercially minded HR support.
This is a generalist role with real breadth, from ER and EAs through to talent management, culture programs and people reporting. You'll need to be equally comfortable advising on a conduct matter in the morning and presenting workforce data to the leadership team in the afternoon.
