The OpportunityYou’ll lead discrete workstreams under a Project Lead, owning your deliverables, facilitating key moments with clients, and keeping your stream moving with quality and pace.
What you’ll be doing: - Experience Design & Co-design: Understand moments that matter, identify friction points, and apply design thinking to co-create practical interventions that improve how work gets done, aligning employee experience, customer experience, brand, culture and performance with client strategy.
- Facilitation & Engagement: Design and facilitate workshops, interviews and working sessions that surface insight, build alignment and move clients towards clear decisions and action.
- AI & Transformation Design: Shape the human side of transformation, including AI adoption - translating complex strategy into practical, usable ways of working that teams can apply day-to-day.
- Insight to Action: Support diagnostics through interviews and workshops, synthesising insights into clear problem statements, design principles and practical recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Delivery & Problem Solving: Own workstreams end-to-end, bringing structure to ambiguity, solving problems as they arise and delivering high-quality outputs at pace.
- Client Growth Contribution: Identify opportunities to deepen impact (e.g. experience design, leader enablement, adoption support) and contribute to ongoing client work.
Who we’re looking for: - 5+ years’ experience in employee experience, design-thinking, transformation, change or related fields (consulting, agency, or in-house).
- Strong in design thinking - able to move from insight to practical, usable solutions.
- Confident facilitator, able to guide groups, manage dynamics and drive outcomes.
- Excellent structuring and communication skills - you can make complexity simple and actionable.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity, juggling priorities and owning delivery.
- Naturally curious and thoughtful, enjoys solving business problems through people, behaviour and experience.
- Nice to have: Experience in culture transformation, behavioural change, operating model change, or supporting AI/tech adoption from a human-centred design lens.
