ABOUT THE ROLE:
 
As a Service Technician, you will report to the Victorian Service Account Executive. You will be responsible for providing high-quality service, repairs, and maintenance while ensuring a "Customer First" approach in every interaction.
 
Key Responsibilities Include:

• Service & Repairs: Attend to allocated calls for repairs and maintenance in accordance with trade and company standards.
• Mentorship: Provide ongoing direction, support, and training to Apprentices, sharing your knowledge and skills.
• Safety Leadership: Conduct risk assessments before starting any job and ensure full compliance with WH&S policies.
• Technical Support: Liaise with Engineering and Service Management to resolve complex technical issues.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate registers for ARC tick, refrigerant usage, and specialised equipment certification.

 
What We Are Looking For
 
We are seeking a professional with a strong technical background and a proactive attitude.
 
Requirements:

• Qualifications: Certificate 3 in Electrotechnology Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
• Licensing: Must hold a current Class C Drivers License, Refrigerant Handling License - ARC, Restricted Electrical Licence - ESV, Refrigerated Air Cond Plumbing Licence - VBA and a WH&S/White Card.
• Expertise: A trade certificate in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning is considered critical for this role.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, the ability to work without supervision, and a high level of attention to detail.
