As a Service Technician for Zip Water, you will be servicing, repairing & maintaining filtered boiling and chilled water systems which requires demonstrated troubleshooting ability and general technical experience.    

• Troubleshooting using service manuals, computerised diagnostics & general technical experience.
• Conducting diagnostics for repairs and complete assessment for customers.
• Liaising with Customer Care Coordinators to ensure jobs are completed and if required follow up and further appointments arranged.
• Providing exceptional customer service

Zip are seeking an experienced Service Technician to join the team servicing the Sydney metro area. 

As a Zip Technician, you will be customer focused with a strong fault-finding nature with attention to detail. You will be reliable and organised and take pride in your presentation and representation of the Company at all times.  

• Relevant trade skills - an electrical or plumbing licence is welcome but not required
• Experience as a Field Service Technician or similar technical role (water systems, coffee machines, appliances, refrigeration, etc)
• Strong fault finding and diagnostic skills 
• Comfortable working independently in the field to achieve efficient issue resolution 
• Great communication and customer service skills
• Full Australian drivers licence and have eligibility to go through security clearance
