We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our collaborative, cross-functional team. In this pivotal role, you won’t just be crunching numbers; you will be the Subject Matter Expert for our entire data ecosystem, uncovering evidence-based insights that directly inform strategy and improve health services.

The Role: 
As our Data Analyst (reporting to the IT Manager), you will bridge the gap between technical data and real-world impact. You will tell the story of our data, transforming raw information into clear narratives that key stakeholders—from internal teams to government funding bodies - can understand and act upon.

You will:

• Manage and optimise: maintain and troubleshoot data pipelines in Snowflake and ensure data integrity.
• Visualise: Design impactful dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Analyse: Use statistical techniques to identify trends in community health and program impact.
• Communicate: confidently share your analyses with key stakeholders, verbally and via formal reports
• Innovate: Write scripts (SQL, Python) to automate tasks and drive efficiencies.

About You:
You are a curious professional who wants hands-on experience with enterprise systems while contributing to a meaningful cause.

You have:

• A relevant degree and 3+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
• Strong technical skills in SQL and Snowflake (or similar warehousing tools) are essential requirements to be considered for this role.
• Proficiency in visualisation tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• A passion for storytelling—you can explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
• Experience in the health or NFP sector is highly regarded.
