About the role:
  
We are seeking a competent, experienced Office Manager to provide high-level administrative, compliance, and operational support across our dynamic business. This pivotal role, based in Caringbah, has evolved due to internal promotions and requires an individual who can handle complex tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will manage a diverse range of key accountabilities, including:

• Compliance & Corporate Administration: Managing ASIC compliance, annual reviews, new entity setups (via Now Infinity & ACIS) and handling various ATO matters (e.g., payment arrangements, GIC remissions).
• Office & Administrative Management: oversee office operations, maintaining accurate XPM and client records, updating staff policies and procedures and preparing team meeting documents.
• Financial Administration: completing month end tasks, preparing monthly budget reports, and oversee debtor management.
• Client & Accountant Support: Preparing engagement documents, client lodgements, and liaising with clients and accountants to support job flow.
• Team & Admin Support: Support the Admin Assistant and provide basic admin support during peak periods or absences.

What You'll Bring
  

• A Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or equivalent experience is desirable.
• A minimum of 3 + years’ experience in an administrative, accounting or office management role, within an accounting firm is a MUST.
• Proficiency in key practice software: Xero, XPM, Ignition, SuiteFiles, and Now Infinity.
• Knowledge of ATO and ASIC processes.
• Strong organisational abilities and high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
• A self-starter who is willing to get the job done and enjoys a challenge!
