Pure Animal Wellbeing (PAW) is a leader in the pet healthcare industry, founded by veterinarian Dr. Alister Webster, PAW was acquired by Blackmores in 2010 to create their Animal Health division. In 2025, PAW was acquired by RedDog (a strong player within the pet healthcare space), with ambitions to grow the brand from strength to strength. PAW aims to liberate the health of pets through a combination of nature and science. The product range is developed by Australian vets and inspired by nature. What you will be doing
As our Digital and Content Manager, you will work closely with our Senior Brand Manager to deliver key initiatives across digital channels, developing and owning our content strategy. You will shape how our brand reaches and engages our shoppers in line with our strategy.
We’re looking for someone who is eager to help stretch our brand to the next level, reigniting our brand love and fame particularly through online channels.
Digital & Content Marketing
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives. This responsibility covers social media, performance marketing and content initiatives to drive brand visibility and engagement.
- Oversee A+ content creation across all assets, with the ability to contribute to content development when needed.
- Management of asset management processes and systems to ensure efficiency and consistency.
- Ownership of the PAW website ensuring it is up to date with content, product and sales information.
- Management of SEM & SEO initiatives to drive strong performance.
- Deliver ongoing performance reporting and analysis, providing clear, insight-driven recommendations for optimization.
General - Support the management of agency relationships.
- Management of budgets for digital marketing initiatives.
- Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to keep PAW’s digital presence competitive and innovative.
What you will bring to the role You are an experienced Digital and Content marketing expert with several years of experience under your belt. You are looking for your opportunity to drive influence in a business that is gearing up for growth, establishing and executing against a strategy that will drive results.
- Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams, even without direct reporting lines.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, including managing and optimizing e-commerce functionality.
- Expertise in content development and oversight of content creation processes.
- Practical experience working across Google, TikTok, and Meta platforms to drive performance.
- Strong background in managing agency relationships and ensuring alignment on deliverables.
- Experience in budget management and P&L accountability.
- A high level of ownership and accountability for delivery.
- Ability to communicate and demonstrate ROI from digital investments clearly and persuasively.
- Solid experience in SEO and performance marketing management.
- A curious, test and learn mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
