About the role:
This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role reporting to the State Manager, where you'll be the critical link between our cutting-edge products and the customer experience. You will be responsible for managing our authorised service centres, providing technical support and training, ensuring safety standards, and managing employee relations. You will lead a team of 4 direct reports.
