We need an accountable and highly personable Operations Manager to take full command of our logistics and warehouse. You will ensure every customer order is delivered efficiently and on time, while leading our commitment to safety and upholding the premium service our customers expect.

With showrooms in Sydney and Brisbane, we offer a curated range of furniture to both private clients (B2C) and design professionals (B2B).

Key Responsibilities (Get It Done)

• Own the End-to-End Logistics: Manage the entire flow of customer orders from international shipment to final domestic delivery.
• Be the Inventory Master: Oversee the efficient, secure warehouse and manage accurate stock levels, storage, and auditing to meet demand.
• Drive Customer Service & Delivery: Proactively forecast and communicate all delivery schedules, delays, and resolutions to the Sales team and directly to customers, ensuring a premium delivery experience.
• Lead Partner Performance: Manage and collaborate closely with domestic transport partners to solve problems and drive efficiency while assuring & improving exceptional customer service standards.
• Drive 3PL Performance: Manage, motivate, and direct the daily performance of the external logistics team and warehouse operations, ensuring execution aligns with Cotswold's high service mandates.
• Command Safety: Develop, implement, and manage the entire Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) system and injury management process for the business.

Skills & Experience (What You'll Bring)

• 5+ years demonstrated, hands-on experience in managing complex logistics and Supply Chain operations.
• Proven leadership experience managing both internal operations teams and external supplier/transport partners.
• Customer Service Focus: Demonstrated ability to engage directly with customers (via phone or in-person) and maintain service excellence through the entire delivery cycle.
• Strong WHS qualification combined with a practical, deep understanding of safety systems, risk management, and compliance.
• Formal qualification (Bachelor's or equivalent) in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business.
• Resilient and determined work ethic with a strong attention to detail and an ability to remain composed under intense pressure.
• Proficiency in using Excel and tools for inventory and stock management and reporting.
