About the role:
 
As the Marketing Services Manager, you will be a hands-on leader responsible for overseeing the development and execution of high-quality marketing collateral, digital content, and brand communications. You will lead the team and manage the day-to-day operations of the marketing services team.
You will work closely with the Head of Marketing and Senior Product Managers to ensure all creative output aligns with marketing strategies and commercial goals. A critical part of this role involves serving as the primary point of contact for our marketing agency, coordinating briefs, timelines, and approvals to ensure brand consistency. You'll also play a key role in driving internal efficiency across the marketing function by implementing systems and processes to streamline workflows and improve cross-functional collaboration
 
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the marketing services team, providing creative direction, mentorship, and performance support.
• Coordinate with the external marketing agency to manage creative briefs and ensure output aligns with our brand and budget.
• Support the marketing function with executing go-to-market strategies, product launches, and lead generation campaigns.
• Act as a quality gatekeeper for all marketing assets to ensure brand and message integrity.
• Manage the team's project pipeline and identify improvements to workflow efficiency

What you will need to be successful in this role:

• 4+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or creative services.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a team leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional marketing projects and creative production.
• Advanced proficiency in graphic design software and project management tools like Jira or Monday.com.
• Experience in the HVAC, manufacturing, or construction industry is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with a process-oriented mindset and a great attention to detail
