What’s the opportunity
Reporting to the Chief People and Communications, you’ll take the lead on People & Culture across IPC International’s APAC operations (Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea and Taiwan). This unique opportunity will shape the business in a period of transition as the company works to harmonize the culture, policies and processes working towards strengthening the employee value proposition. This is an Interim 12 month contract.
What you’ll do
You’ll work closely with senior leaders across APAC, and further afield, to embed strong culture initiatives, drive people policies and ensure a consistent, positive employee experience.
- Provide strategic leadership and hands-on support for people operations across five APAC jurisdictions
- Lead employee lifecycle initiatives, from attraction and recruitment through to engagement, performance reviews, and retention.
- Deliver and enhance EVP and D&I initiatives to build a cohesive and inclusive culture
- Act as the senior point of contact for complex employee relations, policies and disputes
- Provide leadership and support to the People & Culture team fostering a culture of continuous learning, development, and improvement.
- Collaborate with the P&C team to identify training priorities and facilitate workshops and training sessions as needed

- Fully HR qualified
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and coaching high performing teams / individuals
- Proven business acumen with the ability to make a positive contribution to wider business strategies
- Strong emotional intelligence, excellent communication skills and stakeholder management couple with a passion for supporting internal staff and external partners
- Proven Talent Acquisition, able to attract, hire, train and develop top talent focusing on diversity and inclusion
