Optimal Living Therapy is a small, OT-founded service working with adults with neurological conditions. Our focus is assistive tech, home modifications, therapy goals, and now aged care. We’re known for delivering high-quality reports and genuine support for our clients — and we extend that same support to our team.

The Role

• Full-time preferred (4 days considered)
• Work with adults only - NDIS + aged care referrals
• Caseload includes AT (basic to complex), home mods, SDA, and therapy goals
• Join a senior-dominant team (rare these days) where you’ll learn directly from experienced OTs

What We’re Looking For

• A degree in OT + AHPRA registration
• Driver’s licence
• Most importantly: curiosity, care, and commitment. We can teach the rest.
