What’s the opportunity
Working with the wider marketing and communications team, you will create and deliver content ranging from corporate communications and marketing campaigns to operational updates. This content will be delivered through various digital tools like web, email, and social media. You will also be the "go-to person" and a subject matter expert for the company's digital platforms and websites
What you’ll do
As the Digital Communications Executive, you will be executing and enhancing our digital marketing and social media initiatives with direction from an experienced Communications Team Leader. Your knack for crafting compelling written content, coupled with your critical thinking and sound judgement, will contribute to your success in this role.
- Write, edit and develop targeted content for multiple platforms and a wide range of stakeholders.
- Manage and review published content to ensure it remains accurate and relevant.
- Own the company's digital channels, including user experience.
- Analyze effectiveness and create actionable insights and reports to continuously improve performance.
- Assist the Communications Team Lead and Head of Sales & Marketing with larger projects like customer satisfaction initiatives, roadshows and events.
- Collaborate effectively with global teammates and large teams across multiple locations and time zones
What you’ll bring to the role We are looking for a self-starter who is motivated and takes pride in their work. You should be accountable and have the ability to own projects. You’ll also need superb writing skills - not only to craft fresh, engaging content but also to translate business messaging into clear, accessible communication.
The successful candidate will also be able to demonstrate:
- A diploma or degree in Marketing or Communications, or equivalent experience.
- At least two years of experience in a communications or marketing role.
- Strong experience in creating and managing digital assets, including web, social media, SEO/SEM, and Meta.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- A creative and analytical mindset.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to work with people across different functions and locations.
- Experience with project management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, with experience in Adobe Express or Canva being a plus
