What you will do Join a modern and forward-thinking law firm with deep roots in the local community. As a Conveyancer at Horizon Legal Group, you will have the opportunity to work the matters autonomously (with full support from the Solicitors), delivering seamless end-to-end service while communicating confidently with clients and stakeholders.
- Manage a high volume of residential conveyancing files from start to finish
- Conduct detailed and accurate contract reviews
- Coordinate property settlements through PEXA
- Communicate professionally with clients, banks, agents, and other parties
- Maintain accurate client records and digital file systems
- Assist with general legal and administrative duties

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in conveyancing (paralegal, or conveyancing clerk)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Experience using PEXA, QRO, Leap, and Microsoft Office
- Understanding of Lexon conveyancing protocols
- A can-do attitude and a commitment to team success
