What you will be doing: 
 
As a Service Technician Plumber for Culligan, you will be performing installs, services, repairs & maintenance of filtered boiling and chilled water systems which requires demonstrated troubleshooting ability and general technical experience.    

• Troubleshooting using service manuals, computerised diagnostics & general technical experience.
• Conducting diagnostics for repairs and complete assessment for customers.
• Liaising with Customer Care Coordinators to ensure jobs are completed and if required follow up and further appointments arranged.
• Providing exceptional customer service!

What we are looking for: 

• Qualified Plumber with full trade qualifications.
• Proven experience as a Field Service Technician, including installations, repairs, servicing, and maintenance - such as water, coffee, appliances 
• Valid driver's license.
• Demonstrated ability in fault finding and diagnostics or willing to learn
• Enthusiastic team player dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and efficient issue resolution.
