About the Opportunity
 
This is an exciting chance for a Litigation Lawyer with 2-4+ years PAE to work on diverse and challenging matters, hone your advocacy skills, and significantly grow your career. 
 
Reporting directly to the Principal Director, you'll focus on providing expert advice to existing clients while also developing a new portfolio.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in a variety of litigation and dispute resolution matters including commercial and intellectual property law, corporate/shareholder disputes and workplace.
• Appear in Local, Supreme, and Federal Courts for hearings, applications, and mediations.
• Oversee and mentor junior lawyers, guiding them through all stages of case preparation and resolution.
• Provide high-quality, tailored legal advice to meet clients' unique needs.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, barristers, and other stakeholders.
• Efficiently manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Collaborate closely with our supportive team to deliver outstanding client outcomes.
• Benefit from dedicated client managers who assist with client relationship management, allowing you to focus on legal work.

This role is full-time, based in our Woolloomooloo Office in Sydney, with hybrid work models available to support your work-life balance.
 
About You
 
We're looking for a true team player with a self-starter mentality who aligns with our progressive approach.
 
Essential Criteria:

• 2-4+ years PAE in Litigation/Dispute Resolution.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team with strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with Small to Medium Enterprises (SMEs).
• Exposure to Office 365, Clio, NetDocuments, or similar legal software.
• A strong work ethic, ready for a challenge with a “can do” attitude. 
• A personality that stands out – it's one of our big points of difference!

Desirable Criteria:

• Previous experience in team management.
• New client development experience.
