The Role

As an Asset & Finance Business Finance Broker, you will be responsible for providing expert credit advice and guiding clients through the loan process. You will be required to build and grow the asset and unsecured business lending division.

Your duties will include:

Conducting loan interviews and assessing client needs.
Providing tailored credit advice and recommending suitable loan products.
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and referral partners.
Generating new business opportunities and achieving performance targets.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Preparing and processing loan applications.
Liaising with lenders and other stakeholders to ensure smooth loan settlements

Requirements to be successful:

Diploma of Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking) or Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the asset and business finance broking industry.
Hold existing lender accreditations
Must be a current Authorised Credit Representative of an Australian Credit Licence holder
Possess a strong understanding of Asset and business loan finance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
High attention to detail and data accuracy.

Base salary $70,000–$90,000 + super (based on experience)
