About the role:
This is a newly created role and is based in our Lytton office. This is a dual-level administrative role responsible for providing both front-line customer service support and back-of-house coordination for the Service function in QLD.
This pivotal role sits at the heart of our service department, acting as a vital link between internal teams and external service partners. You'll play a key part in ensuring smooth and efficient job coordination, top-tier customer support, and streamlined administration. With a focus on Level 2 service administration, you'll also lend a hand with Level 1 support when needed.
