About the role:

The Product Portfolio Manager has the overall responsibility and accountability for the product life cycle management of their assigned portfolio.

The key purpose of the role is to achieve the company’s vision through the delivery of a product line that meets market demands and business objectives, including the introduction of market leading flagship products while remaining competitive in the market.

You will provide clear leadership and vision of the product roadmap to all stakeholders, and achieve the desired outcome while maintaining strong relationships across the business. Facilitate, direct and drive implementation of Lean Business strategy and drive Continuous Improvement across the product range.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

Shape and deliver strategic product roadmaps that align with business vision and market insights
Manage the product development process, including research, validation, and launch execution
Optimise portfolio performance through lifecycle reviews, SKU rationalisation, and marketing initiatives
Work closely with Sales and Marketing on promotions, pricing, and go-to-market strategies
Provide internal and external technical support, training, and documentation
Monitor legislation, market trends, and customer needs to keep ActronAir at the forefront of innovation
Drive cross-functional collaboration, continuous improvement and lean product management practices

What you will need to be successful in this role:

A formal qualification in Marketing or a Technical field, ideally with HVAC, Appliances or Industrial industry experience (5+ years)
Proven track record in strategic product management, development, and leadership
Strong commercial acumen and understanding of market dynamics
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet market-driven deadlines
A hands-on, energetic, and solutions-focused approach
