What you will be doing:
As a
Service Technician for Culligan, you will be performing services, repairs & maintenance of filtered boiling and chilled water systems which requires demonstrated troubleshooting ability and general technical experience.
- Troubleshooting using service manuals, computerised diagnostics & general technical experience.
- Conducting diagnostics for repairs and complete assessment for customers.
- Liaising with Customer Care Coordinators to ensure jobs are completed and if required follow up and further appointments arranged.
- Providing exceptional customer service.

What we are looking for:
- Proven experience as a Field Service Technician including working on repairs, servicing, and maintenance - such as water, coffee, appliances
- Valid driver's license.
- Demonstrated ability in fault finding and diagnostics.
- Enthusiastic team player dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and efficient issue resolution.
