About the role:
 
The receptionist is responsible for managing front desk activities, handling incoming calls, greeting visitors, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations within the office. The receptionist plays a key role in creating a positive first impression of the organization. The best part is, that every day brings something new and exciting!

Some of the key responsibilities include:

• Assisting customers over the phone and in person.
• Booking appointments.
• Liaising with staff.
• General admin, filing, data entry and emails.
• Assisting with inventory and stock control.
• Manage online orders with Shopify -  pack and dispatch orders.
• Enter invoices and payments into workshop software
• Update customer details in a CRM (currently using Active Campaign)

• Positive, proactive, upbeat and helpful personality.
• Excellent phone manner and communication skills
• Confidence in dealing with customers.
• Self motivated with a strong work ethic including being reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Fluent English language skills
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask
• Drivers Licence.
• Must be available to work some Saturday mornings 8am – 12 noon (approximately once every 3 weeks)
