About the role:
As a senior leader and a member of the Australian and New Zealand Executive Management Team, the People & Culture Manager will serve as the executive owner of the people and culture strategy for ADAMA's businesses across Australia and New Zealand. The primary focus of this role is to develop, implement, and oversee strategies that drive talent acquisition, retention, and identification, alongside coordinating culture initiatives that reinforce ADAMA’s values and value proposition to employees. This role is both strategic and operational, combining leadership in HR strategy with hands-on management of HR activities.
