About the role
As a Service Technician (Cert 3 Plumber) for Culligan Australia you will be responsible for performing service, repairs & maintenance of filtered boiling and chilled water systems which requires demonstrated troubleshooting ability and general technical experience.
As the role is on the road, client facing and visiting customer’s premises, so we are looking for candidates to join our team who are professional and take pride in their work.
- Troubleshooting using service manuals, computerised diagnostics & general technical experience.
- Conducting diagnostics for repairs and complete assessment for customers.
- Liaising with Customer Care Coordinators to ensure jobs are completed and if required follow up and further appointments arranged.
- Maximise sales opportunities such as follow up of quotes, new business development leads, after sales opportunities.
Skills & Experience - Experienced Service Technician - Plumbing - including experience with installations, repairs, service and maintenance
- Cert 3 in Plumbing
- Experience in a similar field as a service technician - water, coffee, appliances, etc
- Drivers licence
- Demonstrated experience in fault finding and diagnostics
- You are enthusiastic team player who thrives on delivering exceptional customer service and can resolve customer issues as efficiently as possible
- Able to manage your time in a fast paced, dynamic environment
