About the role
  
As a Refurbishment Service Technician you will be responsible for analysing returned equipment to identify faults and repair to be put back into the market.  You will work with technicians/planning teams to attend customer sites where units may be faulty to repair on site equipment.
You are a highly motivated self-starter, professional in your approach with great communication skills.

Other responsibilities include:

• Complete field service tasks in customer facing environments when required
• Opening/closing the warehouse when required
• Maintain a safe workspace in the warehouse through organisation, cleanliness, and stock control
• Take on any other projects/duties as assigned by your manager

Skills & Experience

• Basic knowledge/experience in technical repair work with tools
• Previous plumbing and/or electrical experience ideal
• Field service/technician experience
• Proven customer service skills & experience
• Warehousing experience
