ServiceNow Solutions Architect
Location: Remote / Hybrid Montreal

Position Overview 
  
 
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solutions Architect to lead the architecture, design, implementation, and optimisation of enterprise ServiceNow solutions. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership across multiple ServiceNow modules, ensuring scalable, secure, and business-aligned solutions while driving platform governance, integration, and digital transformation initiatives. 
  
Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and lead the implementation of ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules, including:
  
  • IT Service Management (ITSM)
  • Customer Service Management (CSM)
  • IT Operations Management (ITOM)
  • IT Asset Management (ITAM)
  • CMDB / CSDM
  • Service Mapping
  • Service Portal
  • Knowledge Management
  • Change Management
  • Virtual Agent
  • HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM) (preferred)
• Define ServiceNow platform architecture, standards, governance frameworks, and best practices.
• Lead technical design workshops and translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Design and oversee integrations with enterprise applications using REST APIs, Integration Hub, MID Servers, and third-party platforms.
• Architect CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Asset Management solutions to support enterprise service visibility and governance.
• Provide hands-on leadership for platform customisation, workflow automation, and solution development using JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Script Includes.
• Establish technical roadmaps, upgrade strategies, and platform optimisation initiatives.
• Review solution designs, architecture deliverables, code quality, security, performance, and scalability.
• Mentor ServiceNow developers and administrators while promoting platform excellence and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of ServiceNow experience, including solution architecture and enterprise implementations.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end implementations across multiple ServiceNow modules.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow architecture, platform governance, and technical design.
• Deep knowledge of one or some of the following: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, CMDB, CSDM, Service Mapping, and Service Portal.
• Experience designing enterprise integrations using REST APIs, Integration Hub, and external systems.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow technical architecture, security, data models, and performance optimisation.
• Experience leading technical teams in large-scale ServiceNow transformation programs.
