About the Role

We are seeking a senior Delivery Lead / Project Manager to lead large-scale infrastructure, cloud migration, and technology transformation initiatives within a complex enterprise environment.
 
The successful candidate will be a confident and articulate leader with strong executive presence, hands-on financial management experience, and a proven ability to deliver complex programs within aggressive timelines. While Managed File Transfer (MFT) experience is considered an asset, the primary focus is on infrastructure, cloud, migration, and enterprise program delivery.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale infrastructure and technology transformation programs.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Oversee program budgets exceeding $10M, including forecasting, financial tracking, and reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Develop and present executive-level status reports, governance materials, and project updates.
• Lead cloud migration and data centre modernization initiatives.
• Manage migration planning, cutover activities, and transition execution.
• Coordinate infrastructure-related activities, including network changes, firewall rule updates, and application migrations.
• Drive successful project outcomes while meeting aggressive delivery timelines.
• Build strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Required Qualifications

• 11+ years of Project Management, Program Management, or Delivery Management experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing budgets of $10M+ without dedicated PMO/PCO support.
• Experience delivering large-scale programs under compressed timelines.
• Strong executive stakeholder management experience, including interaction with Directors, Vice Presidents, and senior leadership teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and financial management skills.
• Proven experience leading infrastructure-focused projects involving networks, hardware, data centres, and enterprise technologies.
• Cloud migration experience using AWS and/or Azure.
• Experience leading data centre to cloud migration initiatives.
• Strong risk, issue, dependency, and resource management capabilities.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with stakeholders and delivery teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Managed File Transfer (MFT) delivery or migration experience.
• Integration or middleware project experience.
• Experience with technologies such as Axway, IBM Sterling, Connect:Direct, GoAnywhere, MOVEit, SFTP, or FTPS.
• Experience with partner onboarding, B2B integrations, EDI, or certificate management.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
• Experience within transportation, aviation, or other large enterprise environments.
