Overview

 
Kyndryl Canada is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Architect to support Copilot and AI transformation initiatives across enterprise organizations.
This role requires a seasoned change leader with extensive experience advising senior executives, leading OCM workstreams, and driving successful adoption of emerging technologies. The successful candidate will work closely with executive sponsors, technical architects, and consulting teams to deliver impactful AI and Copilot transformation programs.
Responsibilities

• Lead OCM workstreams for Copilot and AI initiatives.
• Develop and execute change management, communications, stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption strategies.
• Act as a trusted advisor to executive and C-level stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor OCM consultants across multiple engagements.
• Collaborate with technical architects and project teams to drive successful business outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder sessions, and executive discussions.
• Monitor and report on readiness, adoption, and business value realization.
• Successfully manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities.

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience.
• Strong management consulting and enterprise transformation background.
• Extensive experience working with executive and C-suite stakeholders.
• Proven experience leading Copilot adoption and transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and organizational impacts.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and customer-facing skills.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and workstreams.
• Passion for AI and innovation.

Required Certification

• Prosci Certification (Required)

Preferred Experience

• Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption programs.
• AI readiness and workforce transformation initiatives.
• Large-scale enterprise digital transformation projects.
• Change strategy, communications, business readiness, and training.
