Kyndryl is seeking an experienced, hands-on Oracle FCCM / OFSAA Developer to support a major banking client's Customer Risk Rating application within a broader AML remediation programme. The production platform requires configuration, enhancement, defect resolution, data analysis, audit support, performance improvement, testing, and release delivery. The successful candidate will work with Financial Crime, AML Operations, Compliance, Risk, Audit, business, data, testing, and technology teams.
Priority Technical Requirements - Hands-on Oracle FCCM Customer Risk Rating configuration, including risk factors, rules, weights, thresholds, scoring, segmentation, classifications, calibration, and result validation.
- Practical OFSAA platform and data-model experience across customer, party, account, transaction, address, jurisdiction, relationship, product, reference, staging, processing, and result data.
- Strong Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development, data analysis, reconciliation, execution-plan review, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- ETL and batch experience involving source-to-target mappings, transformations, staging loads, job dependencies, Unix/Linux scripting, and enterprise scheduling.
- Ability to investigate production issues across configuration, data, database, integration, and batch-processing layers and drive permanent resolution.
Core Responsibilities - Customer Risk Rating: Configure and maintain CRR models, risk factors, weights, thresholds, rules, segmentation, and assessment methodologies. Analyse risk-score distributions, trace factor inputs through final ratings, support calibration and tuning, and investigate unexpected customer classifications.
- OFSAA Data and Integration: Support end-to-end data flows from source systems through OFSAA and FCCM. Develop and maintain mappings and transformations for customer, account, transaction, relationship, address, product, jurisdiction, and reference data. Analyse missing, duplicate, invalid, incorrectly mapped, or rejected records.
- Oracle Development and Performance: Develop and support SQL, PL/SQL procedures, functions, packages, views, scripts, and database components. Analyse execution plans, inefficient joins, full scans, index usage, row estimates, and long-running queries; implement and validate performance improvements.
- ETL, Batch and Scheduling: Develop and support file-, table-, API-, and batch-based integrations. Configure, execute, monitor, and troubleshoot OFSAA batches, reconciliation controls, reject processing, restart and recovery, dependencies, Unix/Linux scripts, and Control-M or equivalent schedules.
- Defects, Testing and Releases: Perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective solutions. Support unit testing, SIT, UAT, regression testing, data remediation, customer-risk recalculation, production deployment, rollback planning, post-release validation, and handover to L3 support.
- AML Remediation and Stakeholders: Translate AML, KYC, CDD, EDD, Compliance, Risk, and audit requirements into technical designs and development tasks. Support remediation, regulatory and internal-audit evidence, requirements workshops, design reviews, defect triage, and release planning.
Required Qualifications - Recent work experience with Financial Crime, AML, KYC, compliance technology, or related banking-technology experience.
- Must have experience in Oracle FCCM implementation, enhancement, or production support.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle FCCM Customer Risk Rating or Oracle KYC customer-risk assessment.
- Experience with OFSAA data models and customer, account, transaction, relationship, and reference data.
- Strong Oracle Database experience using SQL and PL/SQL, including database development and tuning.
- Experience with ETL, data mapping, reconciliation, Unix/Linux, OFSAA batch processing, and enterprise scheduling tools.
- Experience in a large banking or regulated financial-services environment and across the full SDLC.
- Ability to describe previous implementations in specific technical detail, including personally delivered configuration, database, integration, batch, testing, or defect-resolution work.
- Ability to work from the downtown Toronto office four days per week.
