Background: 
 
Our client requires an Enhanced Reliability Cleared Senior Application Developer / Architect to support, maintain, and modernize legacy applications and services within a complex public sector environment. The resource will provide technical leadership for application enhancements, integrations, and modernization initiatives while ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and business objectives.
 
Qualifications: 
 

• Significant experience developing, supporting, and modernizing enterprise applications using Java and Angular
• Experience supporting, enhancing, or integrating enterprise solutions utilizing Siebel CRM and Microsoft BizTalk.
• Project experience developing or supporting solutions leveraging Oracle Databases, Oracle Gateway, and Microsoft Fabric.
• Experience designing application architectures and supporting environments hosted on Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Linux, and Windows Server platforms.
• Active Enhanced Reliability Security Clearance with the federal government. (Must have)
• Experience working within the Government of Canada or broader public sector environments is nice to have
• Experience supporting mission-critical enterprise applications is nice to have

 
Expected Tasks:
 

• Design, develop, support, and maintain enterprise applications and services supporting critical business operations.
• Develop application architectures, technical designs, and modernization roadmaps for legacy systems.
• Design and implement solutions utilizing Java, Angular, and related application development technologies.
• Support, enhance, and integrate systems utilizing Siebel, BizTalk, and Microsoft Fabric.
• Develop and optimize solutions leveraging Oracle Databases and Oracle Gateway
• Support application environments operating on Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Linux, and Windows Server
• Perform impact assessments, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support activities.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and maintainable technology solutions
