Senior Project Management Specialist
 
Location: Canada (Hybrid, occasional onsite requirements in Ottawa)
Duration: 12-month contract with extension potential
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours/week)

Overview Our Crown client is seeking a Senior Project Management Specialist to support the delivery of technology, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and transformation initiatives within a complex enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects through all stages of the project lifecycle
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reporting
• Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests
• Coordinate resources and project deliverables across multiple workstreams
• Engage stakeholders and provide updates to leadership teams
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support release management activities
• Ensure projects meet governance, documentation, and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience delivering IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, or technology transformation projects
• 5+ years of experience leading complex enterprise projects
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Knowledge of PMBOK methodologies and Agile delivery practices

Additional Requirements

• Must be based in Canada and legally authorized to work in Canada
• Eligible to obtain Reliability Status security clearance
• Experience with infrastructure modernization, cybersecurity, or technology transformation projects is highly preferred

 
 This is an independent consultant position for contract work with a Kyndryl client and is not a direct staff position with Kyndryl
