IT Business Operations Specialist
3 years contract with 2 optional
Hybrid in Victoria's office in BC

***For intermediate, it is 4 - 6 years of experience***
  
Role:
  

• Analyzes business processes and data to identify areas for improvement.
• Facilitates and document requirements, write user stories, liaise between stakeholders, design processes maps, identify required capabilities to support future process and digital experiences, and propose solutions to enhance business efficiency and effectiveness.
• Champions modernization vision and priorities. 
• Ability to produce executive level materials where required.
