Seeking an IT Business Operations Specialist
3 years contract with 2 optional
Hybrid in Victoria's office in BC

***For junior, it is between 1-3 years of experience***
***For intermediate, it is 4 - 6 years of experience***
  
Profficient in process mapping and process improvement.
Has undersanding of, and experience in, Business Process Rre-engineering principles, including organizing around outcomes, and process development to radically improve processes by building from ground up.
Understandings and employes lean & Six Sigma principles to eliminate waste, reduce variation, and build frameworks for continuous improvement.
