Overview Kyndryl is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure, AI, R&D, design center, endpoint, and enterprise application initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience managing secure technical environments, coordinating global teams, and driving project governance across multiple workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure and enterprise technology projects.
Manage design center, R&D, AI lab, and secure infrastructure initiatives.
Drive enterprise application implementations and upgrades.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, Engineering, Security, Facilities, Procurement, and Vendors.
Develop and maintain project plans, master schedules, budgets, risk logs, and dependency tracking.
Establish project governance including Jira management, Agile ceremonies, reporting, and RACI frameworks.
Manage procurement activities, vendor engagements, and technology deployments.
Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and organizational standards.
Provide stakeholder communications, executive reporting, and status updates.
Key Qualifications
Proven experience delivering complex IT infrastructure and technology projects.
Experience leading initiatives across R&D environments, design centers, AI programs, endpoint deployments, and enterprise applications.
Strong project governance experience including:
Jira and Agile delivery management
Master schedule development
RACI creation and stakeholder management
Risk, issue, and dependency management
Experience managing procurement, vendor relationships, contracts, and technology acquisitions.
Experience delivering projects within secure infrastructure, laboratory, or engineering environments.
Understanding of export control compliance, security requirements, and regulated environments.
Technical fluency with:
Secure or isolated network environments
Linux endpoints
DevOps pipelines and release processes
Engineering and development toolchains
Experience leading globally distributed teams and cross-tower initiatives.
Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
