Project Manager - Bank Regulations & Audits (Technology)

We are looking for an experienced Technology Project Manager to lead initiatives operating under strict Canadian and U.S. banking regulatory requirements. This role requires strong delivery skills combined with hands-on experience navigating regulatory, audit, and compliance-driven environments.

Ideal candidates have managed technology projects within banking, financial services, or other highly regulated industries, and understand how to deliver while meeting governance, risk, and audit expectations.

• Project delivery across data center and application initiatives

• Managing work subject to Canadian and U.S. regulatory oversight

• Supporting audit readiness, regulatory reviews, and control evidence

• Governance around backup, recovery, and disaster recovery

• Cross-border stakeholder coordination (Canada / U.S.)

• 8+ years as a Project Manager in enterprise technology

• Experience in banking or heavily regulated environments

• Strong understanding of audit, compliance, and governance requirements

• Experience working with infrastructure, applications, or resilience programs
