Background
A leading retail client in the GTA is undergoing a major Point-of-Sale (POS) system upgrade, transitioning to a cloud-based solution. The initiative is already well-structured and underway, and we’re looking for a seasoned Project Manager to guide it to completion. The PM will be instrumental in managing the complexities of the initiative — including cross-functional risks, stakeholder alignment, and operational impacts — as we aim to go live next year.
