Position: Intermediate Product Designer
Client: Financial Sector
Location: Hybrid – Toronto (1-2 times week)
Duration: 6 months (re-evaluated with possible extension)

Background:
Our financial sector clients require the services of Intermediate Product Designers/Consultants to support efforts to digitize and increase
operational efficiency of sales and services processes while reducing cost and improving customer experience. who excels in design and prototyping
and can work with business analysts to turn requirements into reality

Requirements:
 3+ years' experience of product design experience (UX/UI)
 Experience with Adobe InDesign, Figma & Front-End Development
 Accessibility training and/or experience working with accessible design
 Experience with large organization product design, including working across legal, compliance, privacy, fraud etc and ability to engage with stakeholders
at all levels
 Ability to understand business requirements as gathered by business analysts, work collaboratively with developers and ensure user flow is prioritized.
 Financial Services experience, big bank preferred (portfolio showcasing prior work)

Tasks and Responsibilities:
 Engage in business and process consulting projects, partnering with stakeholders across the organization to drive transformation and identify areas
for workflow optimization.
 Craft visually appealing designs and layouts using Adobe InDesign for a variety of projects, including marketing materials and internal reports.
 Develop interactive prototypes with InVision to test concepts and enhance user experience in our digital products.
 Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality and timely project delivery in an agile fashion.
 Lead workshops and meetings to gather requirements, present insights, and align project goals with business objectives.
