The basis of this role will be candidate attraction, retention, developing sourcing strategies, screening, pre-interviewing and database management.

Working with the Consultants you will be looking to deliver talent to their doorstep for many and current vacancies and into the future. You will be active around setting up talent pools/communities and developing active call cycles.
