Our Federal Government client is seeking a dynamic Security Training Specialist to join their Diplomatic Security team. This is your chance to design and deliver cutting-edge security training that protects Australian Government personnel, diplomatic posts, and critical information worldwide.


What You’ll Do:

• Deliver engaging security training to staff and external partners, using face-to-face, virtual, or eLearning platforms.
• Design diversity-enabled, forward-thinking training programs, including a prestigious Diplomatic Security Officer Development Program.
• Develop training strategies, craft high-level briefs, and align programs with security frameworks.
• Identify capability gaps, refine curricula, and drive continuous improvement to meet emerging security challenges.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to shape training that supports a global mission.

• Knowledge of protective security, overseas security environments, or relevant security frameworks (Desirable)
• Qualifications or proven experience in training and assessment.
• Ability to design engaging, culturally sensitive training solutions.
• Outstanding facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience producing high-quality briefs and managing training programs.
