APS6 ICT Procurement / ICT Contracts Officer (non-ongoing)

- Australian Citizenship mandatory with ability to obtain a Baseline Clearance
- ASAP start until 29 September 2025
- Non-ongoing contract with option to convert to permanent
- $95,102 per annum ($98,716 per annum from 13 Mar 2025) + 15.4% super
- Located in Canberra, ACT

Key Duties:

• Provide procurement and contract management support to the Division.
• Assist with documentation preparation, ensuring detail, quality, and timely completion.
• Help with ICT procurement activities on the BuyICT platform, including vendors and consultancies.
• Draft responses to vendor inquiries, liaising with internal stakeholders as needed.
• Draft work orders and contract variations using templated documents under whole-of-government panels.
• Provide administrative support under the direction of the EL2 Manager.

• Knowledge of or ability to quickly learn the financial system Technology One (TechOne)
• Previous ICT experience (even if it is not related to procurement/contract management)
• Ability to work independently and in a team to deliver results.
• Effective negotiation and communication skills for diverse audiences.
