AO4 Program Officer (Digital Solutions) 
Location: Nerang, QLD
Contract: 12 months, with possible extension
Pay: $67.27 - $73.72 p/h including super
Work type: Full-time
Work arrangement: Hybrid, with specific arrangements agreed with your supervisor on a case-by-case basis
Police check: A National Police Check is required

About the Role
Join our State Government client in a practical digital solutions role supporting an operational infrastructure environment.
You will build, configure and support Microsoft 365 solutions that improve business processes, collaboration and information management. The work is hands-on across SharePoint Online, Power Apps and Power Automate, with plenty of contact with the people who use what you build.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop and maintain SharePoint Online sites, libraries, lists and content solutions
• Configure permissions, metadata, document libraries and content structures
• Build Power Apps and Power Automate workflows and automations
• Support Microsoft 365 business systems and digital solutions
• Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for digital improvement
• Gather and document business requirements
• Support testing, implementation and ongoing enhancements
• Troubleshoot issues and provide technical advice to users
• Create user guides, system documentation, procedures and training material
• Support information management, records, governance and cyber security requirements
• Deliver user training and ongoing support
• Work with stakeholders to make sure solutions meet real business needs

What You Bring (Essential Criteria)

• You've worked hands-on with SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate and Microsoft 365
• You've supported, administered or developed business systems and digital solutions
• You can configure SharePoint Online permissions, libraries, metadata and content structures
• You can build low-code solutions using Power Platform tools
• You've analysed business processes and turned improvement opportunities into practical digital solutions
• You can troubleshoot technical issues and explain solutions to non-technical users
• You've supported testing, implementation, documentation and user adoption
• You're organised enough to manage several competing tasks
• You're an Australian citizen
• You can complete a National Police Check

Nice to Have (Desirable Criteria)

• Strong experience developing and administering SharePoint Online solutions
• Strong experience developing Power Apps and Power Automate solutions
• Digital solutions experience in government, transport or infrastructure environments
• Experience supporting information management and records requirements
