About the Role
This is a senior development feasibility role with our State Government client, supporting land development, infrastructure and urban renewal decisions that shape future communities.
You’ll lead the financial evaluation of development projects across a complex portfolio, making sure planning and delivery choices are backed by robust modelling, clear assumptions and commercially sound advice. The work includes feasibility models, residual land value assessments, sensitivity analysis, cash flow forecasting and return metrics such as IRR, NPV and margin.
You’ll work closely with project and development managers, consultants and internal stakeholders to test inputs, validate assumptions and present complex financial information in a way decision-makers can use.
This is a full-time, 12-month contract. You’ll need Australian citizenship and the ability to clear a police check before starting.
