We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team delivering a major whole-of-government reform program focused on the cessation of domestic cheque payments.
This role will support a critical transformation initiative aimed at transitioning away from cheque-based payment methods in line with mandated government deadlines. The program is designed to ensure continuity of service for customers throughout the transition, including vulnerable cohorts who may be impacted by changes to traditional payment channels.
About the Role
The Business Analyst will play a key role in supporting the definition, analysis, and documentation of business requirements relating to the removal of cheque payment functionality across government payment systems.
You will work closely with stakeholders to understand current-state cheque payment processes and associated use cases, and help define future-state requirements that support secure, efficient, and accessible alternative payment methods.
