Contract: 12-Month initial full-time contract with extension options
Hourly Rate: $60.00 – $67.00 per hour (inclusive of super)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Location: Anywhere in Australia
Requirements: Baseline Security Clearance & Australian Citizenship
About the Role
We are seeking an APS5 Customer Service Officer for a 12-month initial contract to support the delivery of frontline government services. This role is primarily phone-based and involves responding to customer enquiries, interpreting legislation, policy and system information, and providing clear, accurate advice.
You will apply established procedures, exercise sound judgement, and contribute to effective program administration within a fast-paced customer service environment.
