The Opportunity
Are you an experienced recruiter looking for meaningful work in the government sector—without the grind of endless KPIs? This role offers the chance to focus on quality delivery, with the flexibility and autonomy of working from home.

You’ll be supporting the growth of our government contracting division, working directly with the lead consultant to service existing clients, candidates, and contracts.
 
What You'll Do

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for government roles.
• Work alongside the lead consultant to deliver to our established client base.
• Build and maintain strong candidate and client relationships.
• Identify opportunities to expand within the public sector.

What We're Looking For (Mandatory)

• Proven recruitment experience within state or federal government labour hire contracting.
• Strong knowledge of government panels and procurement processes.
• Experience using platforms such as Austender, BuyICT, and Beeline.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Proactive, organised, and able to work independently in a remote setup.
