The Opportunity Intake Allocators provide operational support to ensure timely allocation of clients to appropriate services. Reporting to an Assistant Director, the Intake Allocator is responsible for managing the regional allocations queue, reviewing intake assessments, liaising with clients and clinicians, and facilitating the referral process. The role also involves conducting intake assessments for counselling, including family and domestic violence screening, and maintaining a small clinical workload.
