We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Executive Assistant (APS4/APS5) to support two senior executives in a division that leads Australia’s humanitarian and emergency response efforts. This is a rare opportunity to work closely with senior leaders on meaningful international work, while also gaining exposure to a wide range of corporate and strategic activities.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide executive support to two Assistant Secretaries.
• Manage international travel and high-level stakeholder relationships.
• Support the division with HR, budgeting, property, and corporate functions.
• Coordinate key parliamentary processes, including Senate Estimates.
• Liaise across multiple agencies and ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced, meaningful environment.

About You:

• Experienced EA or corporate support professional with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Confident managing competing priorities and sensitive information.
• Flexible, proactive, and comfortable working in a busy, high-profile environment.
• PDMS experience is an advantage, but not essential.

• Level: APS4 or APS5 
• Location: Barton – office-based full-time
• Clearance:NV1 minimum essential
• Employment: Permanent s26 transfer or 12-month non-ongoing
